In this process it has identified, as a priority action, the maintenance of a Quality Management System in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard, in order to optimize its activities and obtain high quality standards of products/services.

The implementation of a Quality Management System is considered a strategic choice aimed at:

• ensure the release of a product/service that conforms to customer requirements and needs
• ensure that all processes are implemented and controlled via documented procedures
• placing the utmost attention on staff motivation, training, and competence.

Consistent with this policy, the following are the objectives set by the General Management of Amira Srl:

• maintain the acquired market through an orientation directed toward meeting customer needs;
• search for technical solutions and development of technologies that allow to create added value for the company and customers;
• reduce defects attributable to suppliers and production activities through increasingly effective controls;
• develop and maintain a motivated team in a work environment that encourages creativity, mutual respect and professional growth also by means of continuous training and sharing of ideas and results;
• ensure the best possible efficiency and use of all facilities assigned to the organization;
• pursue the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

The General Management of Amira Srl annually issues and reviews improvement plans with concrete and measurable objectives.

To achieve these objectives, the General Management undertakes to provide the means and resources suitable for the purposes to be achieved and to promote the involvement of personnel.
